Here we have Batch 79 of the super-popular Aberlour A’Bunadh. As usual this release is matured exclusively in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. A’Bunadh, meaning ‘The Original’ in Scottish Gaelic, describes this single malt very well, a batch-strength expression that showcases the distillery’s house style with lots of dark fruits and spice with the usual A’Bunadh kick, at 60.5% ABV.
