Barrell BourbonCask Finish Series: Tale Of 2 Islands

In 2018, Barrell Craft Spirits created the esteemed ‘Tale of Two Islands Rum’, a unique Jamaican Rum aged in peated Islay single malt whisky barrels. Following this, the very same barrels were employed to enhance a selection of straight bourbons, continuing the Tale of Two Islands narrative. This innovative process infuses the bourbon with a delightful rum sweetness and a distinctive smoky flavour from the Islay casks, creating a harmonious blend of tastes. Created from 73% corn, 23% rye and 4% malted barley, before being bottled at 59.11% ABV.
