Barrell Gray Label Bourbon

Barrell Craft Spirits has devoted five years to refining the blend techniques and processes that culminate in their latest Gray Label Bourbon release. This meticulous blending and marrying process is time-consuming, labour-intensive, and expensive. This particular release of Gray Label Bourbon is crafted from a diverse selection of bourbons, varying in age and derived from five distinct mash bills. After the initial blending, the bourbon is transferred to casks made from 36-month air-dried staves, which have previously housed Gray Label Bourbon. This additional maturation phase allows the blend to rest and develop further, enhancing its complexity and depth.
