Benriach 31 Year Old1991 Vintage

This independently bottled release of Benriach is from Berry Brothers & Rudd. This distillery was constructed in 1898 at the height of the Victorian whisky boom but soon fell silent, not resuming production again until 1965. This bottling comes from a single cask that was laid down in 1991 before maturing for over three decades. One of only 254 bottles, this is presented at cask strength, all natural colour with no chill-filtration.
