Bollinger Special Cuvee is a blend of crus, with some vintages and younger reserves, it was first launched way back in 1911. William Folks from the House of Mentzendorff, decided it was an insult to refer to such a stellar wine as a ‘non-vintage’, so the ‘Special Cuvée’ was created to attribute it’s provenance of this non-vintage Champagne. Bollinger is a crisp pasty and fruit Champagne with excellent balance. This bottling is a Magnum sized bottle; the perfect size to share.
