Buffalo Trace White DogMash #1

This is a new White Mash Whisky created by Buffalo Trace, they have called it ‘White Dog’ which is what you also call unaged whisky. It comes straight off the still and right into the bottle at a huge 62.5% ABV. This new make spirit uses a Corn, Rye and Malted Barley in the recipe creating a smooth, syrupy sweet palate.
