Cardrona 7 Year OldFull Flight Bourbon Cask

Bottled at seven years and one day, this ex-bourbon cask was hand selected for Cardrona’s ‘Full Flight’ releases- these single cask expressions are designed to showcase the progress of their Single malt. This release was distilled on the 31st of January 2016 before been matured for 7 years in an ex Breckenridge Bourbon cask. This cask choice will produce notes of honeyed apricots, seasoned with applewood and vanilla, and finished with a dollop of rich cream custard.
