Cardrona The Falcon

From Cardona Distillery, The Falcon emerges as a distinct New Zealand single malt whisky. It’s crafted from a unique blend of three different casks: an oloroso sherry butt, a classic bourbon barrel, and a Pinot Noir barrique. The oloroso sherry butt was filled in March 2016, while the bourbon barrel and Pinot Noir barrique followed in May 2016. This whisky is bottled at a robust 52% ABV, and it’s noteworthy for its natural presentation, free from any added colour or chill-filtration, preserving its authentic character.
