Cotswolds Founders Choice

Founders Choice is a limited-edition release from Cotswolds distillery, selected by distillery founder Dan Szor. It showcases a very special type of wood – STR: Shaved, toasted and recharred American oak wine casks. A favourite of the late Jim Swan, the legendary whisky maker who helped create Cotswolds’ whisky, they add layers of spice, dried fruit and chocolatey notes to spirit, creating this intensely flavoured cask-strength whisky.
