El Cabron Joven Mezcal

Handcrafted in Santa Ana Del Rio, Oaxaca, Mexico, El Cabrón’s Mezcal Artesanal Joven showcases traditional artisanal production methods. This exceptional mezcal begins with agave cooked in an underground conical pit, where rocks, fire, and woodwork their magic. The agave is then meticulously ground with a round stone rock, traditionally pulled by a horse, and fermented in a Tun wooden barrel (1000l). Finally, it undergoes a double distillation process in a copper still. This fourth-generation mezcal, made exclusively from 100% Espadin agave, boasts a luscious and smoky flavour profile, capturing the essence of a timeless artisanal mezcal.
