Flaming Pig Black Cask

The West Cork Distillery, located in Southern Ireland, oversees the entire production process of this fine whiskey, from the initial blend to the final bottling. This remarkable spirit is crafted from a blend of malt and grain whiskies. After blending, the whiskey undergoes a maturation process in intensely charred barrels for a period of 6 months. It is then expertly diluted with pristine West Cork spring water to achieve its desired ABV before being bottled right at the distillery.

The result is a whiskey that boasts a distinctive and delightful character. The intense charring of the barrels imparts woody and caramelized notes to the spirit, lending it a flavour profile reminiscent of bourbon.
