Highland Park’s Cask Strength Release No. 4 is a testament to the distillery’s commitment to blending tradition with innovation in the art of whisky making. This fourth release in the Cask Strength series is a bold exploration of flavour, matured in an intricate mix of cask types. Predominantly aged in first-fill sherry seasoned European oak casks and first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks, it also incorporates whisky from a small number of refill casks, ex-bourbon casks, and, for the first time, ex-port casks. This diverse ageing process lends the whisky a depth and complexity that is truly remarkable. Bottled straight from the cask, without dilution, it offers an unadulterated experience of Highland Park’s robust and multifaceted spirit.
