Named after a bicycle J.J. Corry invented, multi-award-winning flagship release ‘The Gael’ is the perfect marriage of Irish Whiskey flavors and showcases juicy, fruit-bomb house style. The Gael is made from some of the rarest single malt and grain casks in library of flavors, aged from 4 to 30 years old. The heart of this blend is a vatting of Irish single malts, distilled in 2002 and 2006, matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, with a top dressing of 1991 single malt from an ex-Sherry butt, for complexity and depth. The addition of Irish single grain balances the blend, providing the bright, sweet and citrus flavors Irish Whiskey is known and loved for.
