Kilchoman Cognac Matured2023 Release

A limited-edition Cognac cask release from Kilchoman distillery. Released in 2023, this bottling was aged for a minimum of 6 years. Presented with all natural colour and no chill filtering, bottled at 50% ABV. Expect something a bit different with this release as the barley here has been smoked to 50PPM; this has created a lovely flavour profile that pairs the sweet notes from the Cognac cask with the lingering peat smoke Kilchoman is known for.
