Kilchoman Fino Sherry Cask Matured 2023 Release

Another new cask release from Kilchoman. This time Anthony and Robin have selected 20 Fino Sherry Butts for this limited release. Fino sherry is a light, dry type of Sherry, originating from the Jerez region in southern Spain. Matured for a minimum of five years of has developed a dry honeycomb sweetness balanced with fresh fruit and elongated delicate Islay peat smoke. Bottled in 2023 at 50% ABV.
