Here we have the latest release from Lowland based Lochlea distillery, this is the second release in the Sowing Edition series which showcases their in-house style, ideally suited to first-fill Bourbon casks. This release coincides with the beginning o a new farming year at the distillery. Matured in Makers Mark ex-Bourbon casks, this time from higher up in the warehouse where maturation is accelerated further with the warmer climate. Bottled at 46% ABV without colouring or chill-filteration.
