Mackinlay’s Shackleton

When Scott, Oates, Shackleton et all made their legendary expedition to Antartica back in the early 1900s, the latter left a little something behind. That something was a bottle of whisky, discovered over 100 years later and the basis for this beautiful blended malt by Mackinlay’s. The 40% expression is rich with notes of apple and honey.
