McAfee’s Benchmark No. 8Straight Bourbon

A rye-forward bourbon distilled and bottled at the Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky. The Benchmark brand, which was formerly owned by Seagram and produced at the Four Roses distillery, is Buffalo Trace’s entry-level bourbon and a great introduction to American whiskey. It’s sweet, spicy and approachable, with caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon on the palate. This is a solid bourbon at a good price.
