Meiomi Pinot Noir

The name Meiomi translates as ‘coast’ in the language of the indigenous Wappo and Yuki peoples of northern California. This blend of Pinot Noir from three distinct vineyards in Sonoma County, Monterey County and Santa Barbara County. Each region adding its own unique flavours, textures and aromas to build a desirable flavour profile. Each lot was fermented separately, blended together and then over half was aged in French oak to add an extra edge to the developing flavours.
