Milk & Honey Apex Rum Cask

Israeli based Milk and Honey Distillery release their special ‘Apex’ releases as an exploration of casks and maturation location. Their Head Distiller specifically selects ‘exceptional casks’ that stand out from others for each batch. This particular expression has been fully matured in ex-rum casks from the Caribbean, which adds lots of demerara sweetness and oak spice to this small batch release. Bottled at a heaty 57.3%, non chilled-filtered and natural color too, only 1420 bottles have been released.
