Montelobos Ensamble Joven Mezcal

While the traditional Montelobos Joven Mezcal is made with espadin agave, the Ensamble version adds a couple more types of agave into the mix. This particular edition includes tobala and papalote agave together with espadin, creating a flavour that’s a bit more herby and smoky.
