Here we have a sherry cask matured from Old Perth’s Aged Collection. This delicious addition to the range is a blend of Scotch malt whiskies that’s non-chill filtered, no colour added and bottled at a punchy 46% ABV. It’s beautifully balanced with stewed fruits, cream and liquorice on the palate, followed by a spicy and fruity finish. A vibrant 12 year old expression, that’s sweet and warming.
