Penderyn Distillery, nestled within the idyllic Brecon Beacons, stands as a beacon of Welsh whisky innovation and tradition. Established at the dawn of the new millennium, Penderyn began distilling in 2000 and quickly garnered acclaim for its distinctive approach to whisky making. It proudly holds the title of being the first whisky commercially produced in Wales in over a century, reviving a heritage that had lain dormant since the early 1900s.
This pioneering approach is showcased with their Small Batch Series, exclusively labelled for House of Malt.
This exclusive edition in their Small Batch Series is limited to 1465 bottles and showcases Penderyn’s innovative approach to whisky maturation. Initially matured in Cadillac wine casks and finished in Martell cognac barrels, this whisky offers a remarkable fusion of Welsh craftsmanship with French luxury.
This release is presented un-chillfiltered, all-natural colour at a bold 50% ABV.
