Penderyn Distillery, nestled within the idyllic Brecon Beacons, stands as a beacon of Welsh whisky innovation and tradition. Established at the dawn of the new millennium, Penderyn began distilling in 2000 and quickly garnered acclaim for its distinctive approach to whisky making. It proudly holds the title of being the first whisky commercially produced in Wales in over a century, reviving a heritage that had lain dormant since the early 1900s.
This pioneering approach is showcased with their Small Batch Series, exclusively labelled for House of Malt.
The Triple Wine Small Batch Series is a limited edition marvel, an exceptional marriage of three exquisite wine casks: Muscat de Setubal, Grand Cru, and Oloroso Sherry. This expression showcases a masterful integration of diverse wine influences, offering a layered complexity and a rich tapestry of aromas & flavours. One of 510 bottles, this release is presented un-chillfiltered, all-natural colour at a bold 50% ABV.
