Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée

Piper Heidsieck Champagne was founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck on July 16, 1785 in Reims, France. The Heidsieck name was combined with the Piper name in October 1839. Piper Heidsieck’s Champagne Cuvée Brut is the distinctive red label created from a blend of 55% Pinot Noir grapes,15% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Meunier and aged in Piper Heidsieck’s Chalk Cellars.
