This whisky is a 14-year-old single grain from Port Dundas, meticulously selected and bottled by Signatory Vintage. It was distilled in August 2008 and aged in two second-fill oloroso sherry butts. The maturation process continued until May 2023, ensuring a rich character. This expression was bottled without the addition of any colour or undergoing chill filtration, preserving its natural essence and flavour profile.
