Pusser’s Blue Label is a brand of navy rum that’s inspired by the ‘tot’ given to sailors as part of the daily ration until 1970. This expression sees Pusser bring down the strength from 54.5% to 40% ABV. Not only has this made it more approachable, but it’s also welcome back on naval bases (which won’t allow an ABV greater than this). With delicious notes of dried fruit, nutmeg and molasses, this is a great rum for sipping.
