Rozelieures Subtil

Subtil was the first unpeated whisky to be introduced into the Rozelieures, which has built up a reputation for using varying levels of peated malt which they grow on their own land. The family-owned distillery matures their robust single malt, heavily influenced by the squat Charentais stills, in new French oak casks as well as Cognac and Bourbon casks.
