Salcombe Gin Rose Sainte Marie

Salcombe Gin Rosé Sainte Marie is a sensational pink gin from south Devon. Named after the Sainte Marie lighthouse in Marseille, and inspired by southern France, this is a fragrant spirit with notes of spiced juniper, lavender, and citrus. Despite the colour, there’s no added sugar, making for a pink gin that’s more akin to a dry wine. Fresh strawberry or a slice of lemon both work well as garnishes, with each enhancing slightly different botanicals.
