Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire 10 Year Old

A mysterious single malt from an unnamed Islay distillery. It’s been matured for 10 years, with a quarter of it spending a finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks. The name, Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire, describes exactly what you can expect from this bottling. It’s full of smokey and coastal flavours, with the rich sherry influence also making itself known. A fantastic single malt that opens up even more with a drop of water.
