Slane Irish Whiskey

This is a blended Irish whiskey produced at Slane Castle, just outside Dublin. A combination of malt and grain, It draws its whiskey from three cask types; virgin oak, refill American oak, and ex-Oloroso sherry. Triple distilled and super smooth, this has a sweet and subtly spicy profile, with notes of butterscotch, vanilla and dried fruits. Equally drinkable on its own or in a cocktail.
