This rum takes a unique approach by incorporating organic Anana salt, derived from an ancient seabed, to enrich the inherent sweetness of its cask-aged Barbados rum. The addition of five botanicals such as Guatemalan cardamom, Madagascan clove and vanilla, Peruvian cacao, culminating in a rum that boasts a more robust flavour profile.
