SRV5 8 Year Old

A tasty, affordable blended malt from from independent bottler Thompson Bros. in Dornoch. SRV5 (Station Road Vat 5) is a marriage created in European oak. This is very similar to the solera system, as it’s never emptied to less than a third full when whisky is drawn off for bottling. As you’d expect, it’s non-chill filtered and natural colour bottled at 48.5% ABV, featuring artwork by KK Hiroshima on the label.
