Born from the merger of Dennery Distillery and Roseau Bay Distillery, it represents the consolidation of a rich tradition of rum-making on the island, drawing from centuries-old knowledge and practices. This exquisite blend harmoniously combines rums distilled from both pot and column stills, these rums were then aged between 6-11 years in a mix of bourbon and port casks.
