Here we have the super 25 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Talisker distillery. The Skye distillery have created a super balance of the distillery’s seaside, salt and pepper character against elegant oak and delicate fruity notes. This single malt release was predominantly matured in American oak hogsheads and European oak refill casks. A masterclass in ageing with maritime air.
