The latest creation from Bruichladdich Distillery, The Botanist Cask Rested Gin, is a meticulously crafted gin featuring 22 locally foraged botanicals, aged for at least 6 months in oak barrels from both America and Europe. This unique resting process imparts a rich and smooth texture to the gin, with a bouquet of warming spices and sweet citrus peel aromas.
