A fabulous single malt whisky from The English Whisky Co. This whisky was distilled back in November 2013 before maturing in sherry casks for 8 Years. This cask choice has imparted a wonderfully delicate flavours to the whisky; with no peatiness to the whisky, the flavours shine though resulting in a wonderful taste reminiscent of sticky toffee pudding.
