This exceptional spirit is meticulously crafted using 100% Agave sourced from both the Highland and Lowland regions. The agave undergoes traditional cooking methods using steam ovens and autoclaves for 48 hours, followed by extraction using a roller mill. After a 60-hour fermentation process, the liquid is distilled twice in pot stills and aged for a maximum of one year in American white oak whiskey barrels.
