Tomatin 12 Year Old

This is a fantastic Highland single malt from the Tomatin Distillery. The 12 Year Old is the youngest aged expression from the core range and a great example of Tomatin’s soft profile. Aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, there are unmistakable notes of orchard fruits, vanilla and buttery biscuits, accompanied by a subtle floral aroma and a jammy finish. This experienced a redesign in 2014 and is now bottled at a pleasing 43% ABV.
