This is the relaunch of original Tomatin Legacy, which first hit shelves in 2016. Produced in the Scottish Highlands, the updated single malt has been matured in ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks and bottled at 43% ABV. The result is a light and sweet whisky with notes of vanilla, pineapple and lemon. As Tomatin’s entry-level bottling, this NAS release is a superb introduction to an underrated distillery.
