Presented in a 37.5cl bottle, this sherry is made from grapes that are among the last to be harvested each vintage, ensuring a remarkable intensity and depth of flavour. The Pedro Ximénez grapes are meticulously handpicked and crushed, then allowed to macerate for four days to enhance the extraction of rich flavours. The juice is then fortified with high-quality brandy spirit, pressed, and aged in French oak hogsheads. Employing a Solera system that dates back to 1997, this sherry has been masterfully blended to achieve an average age of seven years, resulting in a complex profile with each batch.
