Part of Waterford’s Single Farm Origin series, this is the second bottling of Irish single malt whisky. this time it has been created with barley grown by David Walsh-Kemmis on his Ballykilcavan farm. Matured in first-fill American oak, premium French oak and vin doux naturel casks. This range looks to explore the impact terroir can have on the profile of resulting whisky.
