Wire Works Small Batch06/2022

Here we have the 06/2022 small batch release which is the second small batch release from White Peak distillery, and their sixth overall release. It is a lightly-peated single malt whisky coming in at 47.7%. Matured in a combination of first fill ex-bourbon and STR casks with a higher proportion of American oak. The casks have been selected from the warmer upper dunnage at the Distillery where the warmer temperatures which extracts more flavour from the wood extract.
