This Select Bourbon, from Yellowstone, is a corn-forward American whiskey that can be traced back to the 19th century. As seventh generation distillers, a lot of tradition goes into the production of this easy-sipping bourbon, resulting in a classic character. It’s made from a blend of sweet and spicy whiskies that help create flavours of oak, caramel and a little smoke. The Yellowstone Select is bottled in small batches and works great on its own or in a cocktail.
