Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking and insurance coverage
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions due to customs restrictions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every bottle in our collection. While we meticulously inspect each item before shipment, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Item must be in original condition with all seals intact
- Original packaging must be undamaged
- Valid proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their rare nature or special handling requirements, the following cannot be returned:
- Limited edition releases (marked as such in product descriptions)
- Items with special packaging (wooden cases, custom crates)
- Personalized or engraved bottles
- Temperature-sensitive shipments (certain Champagnes and Cognacs)
Important: Opened bottles cannot be returned under any circumstances in compliance with alcohol regulations.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
- Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)
Step 2: Return Authorization & Shipping
Once approved, we will provide:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Discrete shipping labels (for standard returns)
- Special instructions for high-value items (over $1,000)
Step 3: Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt at our Charlotte facility, our specialists will:
- Verify the condition of returned items
- Process your refund or exchange within 3 business days
- Notify you via email once complete
Refund Details
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after approval
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after approval
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error. For exchanges, we will cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
High-Value Item Returns (Over $1,000)
